Pus-filled bump by labia

I noticed it earlier this afternoon when I showered while shaving, just a large bump a little smaller than a pinkie nail. Now, tonight, I noticed white goo (pus I assume) peeking out of it, so I literally tapped it with light pressure and a little white pus BALL just plopped out. A tiny bit more pus came out mixed with blood and that was that, and no pain. It reminded me of squeezing a zit. I’m pretty sure it was just an ingrown hair, can someone confirm? I couldn’t snap a pic because it all happened so fast haha. Just curious! Thanks in advance.
