31w4d & nervous about giving birth

It’s 5:30am and I can’t sleep.

Lately I’ve been having dreams about the baby and giving birth early. One time I saw I was having the baby when I was 34 weeks.

This is my 1st pregnancy and I’m starting to freak out about giving birth. I keep thinking about the pain, the baby come out, what ifs.... My family is 6 hours away and now I want my mom there but I’m nervous about having her and my bf in the room. I’m just a mess.

Last night my boyfriend made me get off the phone because I was googling child birth, and watching videos on epidural shots.
