How much is your baby drinking per feeding and how old are they? Breast milk or formula, I'm just looking for oz.

My son will be 17 weeks on Monday and he drinks 3-5 oz per feeding every 2 hours (formula). This hasn't changed in about a month maybe 1.5 months. He is getting heavier to me and very long but not fat anymore. I let him eat till he turns the bottle away. Should he be eating more by now? Should I try size 2 nipples?
