Have this happen to anyone.

You can see my cycle below. I had unprotected sex with my fiancé on the 29th and 30th. I don’t think I’m pregnant but I been experiencing cramping, back pain and there’s this lump in my lower abdominal sometimes on the right side sometime on the left. Sometime it cause slight pain. I haven’t felt this before I’m not sure what it might be. I took a pregnancy test when my period started again just to out rule the chances I might be pregnant. Have anyone experience this before?
