Pain in left side

So I went to the ER with pain in the left side. I'm 5 weeks now I went at 4+2, they said they could see a sac in the uterus and a hemorrhagic Mass on the left ovary (likely an ovarian cyst as I've had a hemorrhagic cyst on this side for a few months now)

I keep getting random pains in my left side that last seconds and then go away. Is it just the cyst? What can I do for it?.
