Im so confused... My mother who is 61 is pregnant, she hasn't gotten a period since I was 15 and she has gone threw menopause is it possible for someone to be pregnant at 61 or is my mother lying I don't talk to my mom I saw it on her Facebook and I just don't believe it's true

From what i know if she has been through menopause she cant be pregnant. Unless it's through ivf with donated eggs.

Uh I highly doubt it. If she doesnt get a period and has gone through menopause her body wouldnt sustain a pregnancy. Did she show you the ultrasound? If she is simply saying shes pregnant because she had a positive hcg test she needs to see a doctor asap because with her age/going through menopause hcg can be a sign of something else and not an actual pregnancy.

Shes not pregnant. Hcg can increae after menopause due to natural changes on her body. A test could pick that up.
