Leaking fluids?

Hey everyone...Idk where to post this or if it’s even IUD related but I wanted to ask y’all.

The last week or so, I’ve been “leaking” a lot. It’s like a watery discharge. It doesn’t smell funny or have a color. I ignored it at first but it’s got to the point that it’s leaking through my pants etc now, almost like I’m peeing on myself. But it doesn’t smell like pee. I’ve never had any issues like this before my IUD. Now I’m leaking and having slight cramps in my stomach. Anyone haven’t idea?
