No, it wasn’t too painful. My stomach was still sore at that point, but it felt like that type of soreness like you had a really tough ab workout. We were super gentle.

13 weeks. I was so scared of pain. By the time we actually had it I was fine

Didn’t get medical clearance until 8 weeks. So it was shortly after that.

I didn't go through labour, so only my wound hurt. 
I had stopped bleeding for a day or two around 3 weeks and went for it. No it didn't hurt, I felt a bit tighter around my abdomen, like aching. But that was it.
