scared out of my mind

hello, i just need second opinions or answers before i go insane out of fear . i have crippling anxiety which is not making my situation any better . i was recently diagnosed with gonorrhea after showing 0 symptoms the whole time . i’m so angry at myself but luckily i’ve gotten treatment on August 1st . on the 11th i tracked my discharge and seen it was a light brown . it’s the 12th (12:19 am) now and i’ve noticed blood. not a lot - it’s almost as if i was spotting and i’m worried that the treatment has failed . my discharge has no smell or anything weird going on ... just a bit of blood. to anyone who has been treated for gonorrhea, have you experienced anything like this or should i be worried. also my period is irregular and it ended before i got treatment so i kinda feel that it isn’t my normal period.
