Nursey planing?

When do you guys all plan on starting to do the nursey/decorate. 
I'm having a girl and luckily my aunt is giving us all of her daughter's stuff so I dont need to go out and buy anything and it leaves me really wanting to start on the nursery!

How awesome that your being given items! That’s do helpful. Nursery’s can be expensive!!
With my first, we started putting together furniture and getting the initial setup around 20 weeks. Our nursery is gender neutral, so j was able to look into what I wanted before I knew she was a girl. Now because it’s gender neutral, we’re just keeping it the nursery and having it be the new baby’s room. We’ll move my daughter to her “big girl room” right next door. Hoping to give that to her as a Christmas present and have her transitioned to her new room by the time baby gets here. Even though baby will sleep in our room for a handful of months. I like having things ready beforehand so you don’t have to think about it once baby is here!

I already set up my son’s crib in the baby’s room, to get an idea of furniture placement. I have some shelves and things done too. I’m trying to do anything big ASAP so I can focus on just making it pretty as I get bigger.

We need to do some work to the basement office to get it ready to move my 12 year old in there and then have to paint her old room, which will become the baby’s room. I would like to have that all done by end of next month when I will be about 20 weeks and then can start adding furniture.
