Exercises during pregnancy... ok so I weigh 248lb before I got pregnant I had a gym membership for 2 months and lost 10lb and then my husband got very busy and never had time to watch our kids while I go after he got off work so I let my membership go. Now I’m 7 weeks and I still wanna loss weight I don’t wanna stop working On it just because I’m pregnant I already gained 7lb back so what kind of at home exercise can I do that will actually work but still be safe
