38 plus 4 & multiple popping feeling after peeing

Sorry for Tmi, but asking if anyone else has had this feeling and if it meant anything?

I went to the bathroom and after I had a wee or maybe it started mid stream I felt a popping sensation really low inside just below my vagina bone. It wasnt just one distinctive pop it was multiple pops.. it wasnt gas or anything and it didn't come from my tummy either. Has anyone else felt this?
