Where you putting your babies to sleep?

Didn’t realize our pack and play bassinet is only good for up to 15lbs. I’m not ready to move her to her crib down the hall. Where is your growing babies sleeping in? I want her next to my bed , but safely.

When mine reaches 15lbs (probably soon)...she’s going to her crib. I have a terrible back and can’t be reaching to the bottom level of the pnp all the time.

Wow, there’s a consensus! The lower level of the pack n play, or crib in parents room is also the answer I got when I asked a mom group this q in person a few weeks ago about nap locations. Some standalone bassinets are also rated for 20-45lbs, by I haven’t found one we like since my little like having room to be spread-eagle. So we go with crib in our room + video monitor when I’m in other rooms during naps.

Mine still naps in the top part of the pack n play. I’ll stop using it when he rolls. At night he sleeps in our bed. We have a bassinet next to our bed which he’ll sleep in the first stretch of the night. I’d like to get a mini crib for our room which is the size of a pack n play then once I feel he can sleep without distrusting his older sis I can move him into her crib in her room. Using the lower part of a pack n play has never been easy for me bending to the floor to put baby down. But then again my baby’s won’t just go to sleep and settle on their own.

I have a knock off doc tot from amazon some baby boy sleeps on the bed with me or is when BF isn’t knocked out on the couch. There’s also a mattress you can order for the pack n play that’ll give more cushion for baby

We move our lo to his crib when he was 12 weeks. He is a big baby and the bassinet was too small for him at the point. Everybody sleep much better now. I keep a eye on the monitor during the night

Our girl has been in her crib in her room since 8 weeks. I know the recommendation is room sharing 6 months - 1 year but we all weren’t sleeping well. She did great with the transition and sleeps anywhere from 8 pm to 4-6 am
