Tomorrow is my first OB appointment...
What should I expect? Dr told me he does want to do an ultrasound because I had some spotting. Based on my LMP I am 7+2. But I know I ovulated late so I am worried I am closer to 6 weeks. Will anything show up on the ultrasound that early?
