Hubby being deployed

I feel like I'm losing my mind me and my husband have been together for 7 year's and never spent much time apart je left for 6 months for basic and I almost lost it now he's going to be gone over a year and don't know if I can make it. I'm trying to be strong and not let him see how much it hurts and how worried I am but I don't know how long I can hold this pain in I have no one to count on or be there fore except him and now he's leaving. What do I do??? HELP!! I have a bad history of depression and cutting I'm very worried about him as well as myself.
