i think it depends on the person. 
I have an extremely poor diet of only eating 1 meal a day or there’s days when i just eat junk and i’m never drinking water and only have a can of soda for dinner and i’ve fallen pregnant 3 times during my bad eating habits so i personally think it does depend on the person.

It can definitely have an impact. Try your best to eat a healthy, balanced diet focusing on lots of nutritious foods and eat regularly. Try to cut down on sugar and caffeine. I sorta get it, I always ate healthy food but had some issues and would sometimes go hours and hours without eating and drink a lot of coffee! Now I just snack on fruit, vegetables and nuts throughout the day if I don’t feel like eating much. Also stops me binge eating! If you find it difficult, then just introduce new habits bit by bit. It def helped me and now I feel good about it and enjoy food again 🙂

Taking vitamins will not make up for a poor diet and if TTC maybe that’s something you could work on so that when you get pregnant you can be as healthy as possible, but vitamins are definitely still a good thing. The vita fusion ones are good and they aren’t crazy expensive. The ones I take are pretty cheap but they’re not gummies, they are the Walmart brand (equate) one a day prenatal with dha
