Help!!! - 11 DPIUI BFN - Am I out?

Just took a cheapie and BFN showed up. I couldn’t wait for my blood test in 3 days..... 
Is it still too early? Is there still hope to be +?
Have any of you taken the test and it was BFN and later showed up +?!
I didn’t have a trigger shot this IUI.......

I just tested too mine was a BFN hoping it'll turn to a BFP
