Needing a buddy!!
So I am on day two of the exercise train. I have been fallowing Chloe Ting exercises at home, they are killer and quick. I need a buddy to go through this with me though. Being a stay at home mom it’s easy to be like “I don’t feel like it” even though the workouts are only 10-20 minutes. Does anyone wanna do this with me and push each other to exercise a little everyday? I have cut my calories a little too and eating less sugar. While I don’t consider myself really overweight I just don’t feel good. I wanna loose 15 pounds or so and tone up. I need a friend! Let’s do this together!
