Okay ladies, how exactly do I use this Unisom and b6 together? I am desperate for relief!

Vitamin b6 should be 10-25 mg not 100.

I take 1 tablet of the b6 and 1/2 tablet of the unisom at night a litttle before bed. They’ve helped a lot and I still get sick if I forget to take it one night. In my third trimester and still taking it!

Haven’t heard of this , is this for sleep aid ? I’m 35 weeks today and as of last week have had some really bad insomnia it’s driving me insane no matter how hard I try can’t get anymore than 3 hours of sleep

And take 10-25 mg of vitamin b6 3 times a day and half unisom at night. I got this same recommendation from my dr.

I took a full vitamin B6 and half a Unisom. I took it at night after dinner so it wasnt on an empty stomach. (If i could help it) and then I can go night night! 
Didnt solve all my sickness problems. But it definitely helped!! Good luck!!

It didn’t work for me I had to go on phenergan suppositories, I also had HG tho
