I can't drive

Hi everyone. I've decided to post as anonymous because I am ashamed of myself. I don't know what it is, whether I'm anxious or nervous but I literally cannot drive! I mean I'm fully capable of driving and have drove multiple times in my life I just don't know what it is but I can't seem to get myself to drive. I am ashamed I'm a mother of two and I'm 22 years old and I rely on my other half, mother or sister to get around. Does anyone have any tips to help me in any way?
