Self love come up
I’ve always been skinny even after pregnancy 3 years ago.
People would tell me I need to eat a cheeseburger. But I could literally eat the whole pantry and be hungry in 45 minutes. I just have a super fast metabolism. I still wasn’t feeling good about myself so I decided to go to a gym and focus on me while my son went to daycare in the gym. It’s been two years now of hitting the gym at least 3-4 times a week, sometimes more....
and I have been so much happier about my body and myself and I feel great and confident. I’ve consistently gained about 8 to 10 pounds which is mostly muscle.
