When to test...

So since coming off depo I have had irregular cycles. 34 days, 44days, 13days, 15days, 13days. I started taking prenatals to help. I am now currently CD31. I think I am 12dpo according to opk and bbt. When would be a good time to test with me being irregular. Glow predicts AF on the 19th and FF predicts 18th. I took a test at 9dpo and of course was BFN. I want to know for sure though and not be left waiting if its negative. Do I wait another week?? 🙄 Feeling very off and it's driving me crazy x
