Help, I'm so confused & disappointed

So first things first, I'm not pregnant. AF arrived today after a week of symptoms which I'll outline below. Ttc for number two and this only the first cycle, AF was due tomorrow.

So the symptoms were:

- leaking colostrum, not breastmilk, at 10 dpo up until now. Just a drop now and then from both boobs. Stopped breastfeeding in Jan. My left boob has been empty for over a year, couldn't even handexpress, until now.

- large areola and large boobs

- twinging near right ovary at 6-10dpo

- super emotional, sad, angry, bursting into tears

- tested bfn on several tests

My periods have been stable and I normally don't get moodswingy. I started spotting light pink in brownish mucus this morning. Got my hopes up thinking late implantation but now it's just full on period, red.

Any ideas what might have happened?
