need help please ladies

okay so before I got pregnant my progesterone was 7.54 (the first pic) then 2 weeks later i got a positive but my hcg was low and my progesterone was 1.15 and i Started my period 2 days later ..Was my progesterone low because I had low hcg levels or because I was about to get my period ? Im asking because i had a healthy pregnancy where my progesterone was high so idk if its progesterone my problem or it only went lower because this pregnancy was failing ? also do progesterone change month to month as in it can be low one month and high the next ? I dont want to get on medication if its not needed
