HELP! Tracking Ovulation Question
How do I track my ovulation when I am not currently having a monthly period?
I am breastfeeding two babes, so constantly nursing, and I do not currently have health insurance.
I know the obvious would be condoms to prevent pregnancy and those various methods.
I do, one day in the distant future, want to have another child. Right this moment I do not.
I want to avoid hormonal birth control.
Any advise is extremely appreciated.
