Is this a positive ovulation test

We been trying for 2 year and nothing happening I had test to see if I something wrong inside me to see why I cant get pregnant and I found out that I've got a blocked fallopian tube on my left had side and plus I was told my womb is a heart shape we are still waiting to hear from ivf I had an operation on 10th July to remove my tube but they couldn't do it of my scars from my transplant I was so gutted I just want to know if anyone else had this problem so I've got someone to talk to I have austism and learning difficulties
