How many other ladies use mensural cups? I just made the switch, and I LOVE it! But... I’ve found it a little awkward, in public.. how do you ladies go about the “change/empty” in public.. I’ve gotten a few nasty glares from some moms and older woman.

I have so many questions about these cups. Does all the blood just pool inside and then when you pull it out, a big gush? And then when you push it up do your fingers get covered in blood? I’m just curious, not being weird lol

I’ve used cups for ten years. I’m pubic I just dump the cup in the toilet then reinsert it without rinsing it out since it’s usually just one time a day that would need to happen. Some people bring water bottles into the stall to wash the cup but I don’t have that kind of time to risk bleeding all over the place so I just do a straight reinsert, no big deal.

I just feel like nothing of all these products is safe..sorry but I can’t imagine using a tampon then the cup.... no offense that’s just me🤷🏻‍♀️

Wipe it out with toilet paper.  I believe you only HAVE to wash it once a day.  It’s nice to rinse it out each time but I don’t and I’ve been using it for like two years now with no problems.
