No temp rise?

Question

Can anyone tell me why my temperature didn’t rise when all the signs were there for me to ovulate on CD 17? In my previous cycles, I get that jump right after ovulation around the same exact day. Anyone had something similar happen to them? My husband and I have been a lot busier this month so I thought I missed my window. Did I even ovulate?

Just when you think you have it all figure out, a curve ball. The last two months were nearly identical to each other which led me to believe I knew exactly when I would ovulate. I guess only way to know is to keep temping.. thanks for the input ladies!!!

Because your body can prepare to ovulate and then not for whatever reason.
