I ordered the Lansinoh Smartpump this time, but I've heard so many people say buy a Haakaa as well. Couldnt I just pump at the same time she is nursing or is there another reason to get a manual pump? I had complications breastfeeding with my son and it only lasted 2-3 weeks so I'm very unprepared and confused on what to do.
