Carbohydrate sensitivity pregnancy
Curious my doctor said because levels were on the higher end for my glucose test 129 ( normal is 75-140) then I am carbohydrate sensitive so I’ll put weight on easier. Well of course I leave the doctors and all the questions I couldn’t think of before come to mind. Well I did some research and it could be a sign of insulin resistance cells that can down the road lead to diabetes. Curious is this just while I am pregnant or is this something I’ll deal with my whole life. ( I am gonna ask my doctor but it will take days for a response ) plus I would love to hear if any other women got that response and what they went thru. Also I am not over weight but I do eat a higher carbohydrate diet which I know I need to change.
