Advice?!

Hello Group!!

Sorry If I’m in the wrong group. Wasn’t sure where to put this. Not too long ago I was about to purchase a item from someone on a offer up site. Well I got to the house and knocked on the door. I saw items on the porch full of roach infestation!! They were everywhere on the porch!!! I turned around to leave!!!! As I was walking down the porch to my car 3 kids came to the door looks like they were the age 3-6 years old!! Whomever the parent was wasn’t watching the kids for them to come to the door !!!! What should I do??!! I was going to make a cps call for these kids safety! It bothered me when I saw the roaches all over everywhere I know that house is probably infested!! and the fact kids opened the door which someone could have took them.
