How Many Calories a Day?

How many calories a day am I supposed to be eating?

I’m 5’6, and have no idea how much I weigh (about average? I’ll put a photo)

I work out most days, 45 minutes cardio and some light strength training for about 15 minutes.

I use MyFitnessPal and I try to stick to around 1200 calories (I put my details as being stationary and not active), some days I stay under other times now

I don’t know if this is right or not?
