Just a vent after bfn

I had the mirena for about 8 years and had it removed May 30th and have been trying to conceive since. I had only one period since removal July 16th. Prior to mirena my periods would come every 30 days. I tested today and got a bfn. I had so many pregnancy symptoms. Why must my body play such evil tricks on me. Or maybe I’m just crazy. Now I’m left with a bfn and no period and just wanting to give up. I just want to cry. I just hear of so many stories of women getting pregnant immediately after removal.
