Birth control

I’m very very nervous Due to my anxiety to phone my locals GP and ask about birth control 🤭 me and my partner have been together 2 years and I have never been on any birth control we caught pregnant but unfortunately lost our angel baby in may 👼🏼 I want to go on birth control because we are not ready for a child right now I’m also type 1 diabetic with an over active thyroid how would I ask about birth control over the phone 😐😐
