Bringing sexy back...
On Netflix I came across the show “ Bring Sexy Back” and it’s completely motivated me to get off my ass and stop feeling sorry for myself. I haven’t exercised in a while and I paused one of the episodes, grabbed my running shoes and went for a walk- I was speed walking and jogged when I could and although it was only 30 min.... I came home feeling so glad what I just did. I want to fit in my clothes again and make better healthier choices for eating. I look forward to posting updates on my progress!
