Did you have trouble exercising in the first trimester? Did it get easier?
I’m 9+6 days pregnant and I REALLY struggle to exercise. My symptoms are bad at the best of times, but when I try to exercise I get so dizzy and tired.
Even just going for a 30 minute walk with my dog has me needing a sleep for a couple of hours.
Please please please tell me it gets better after the first trimester. I don’t want to have too much weight gain during my pregnancy and I want to do my best at keeping me and the baby healthy.
