When would you say period starts?
So my period is always pretty heavy days 1-2. About two or three times a year, my period starts with a small amount of spotting for a couple days and then I get my heavier days like normal.
So whenever I am inputting the first day of my period, should I put in the day I started spotting, or the day that it actually started heavier like my normal period?
