So I have Diabetes and PCOS && I haven’t had my period in a year and two months , I had spotting before for a month then it would stop for two weeks and start back , now I just started my period and this is the second day and it’s super heavy . Do you think it’s gonna be spotting for a month or a regular 5 day period ?
