Pre Ivf supplements

Will you share what supplements you took or was recommended by your doc before Ivf

I’m about one month away from starting stims (ah!!! First Ivf, yes feeling nervous)

I’m taking prenatals of course

And I’ve been taking ubiquinol 200mg once or twice a day depending if i remember

I realize starting anything only one month before Ivf may be limited value

But I’ve read about melatonin, vit D, etc

And one last question- did u take baby aspirin. Did ur doc use it for everyone or based on ur case. My doc is lukewarm on it, doesn’t recommend it but also supports who wants to take it.

I’ll take any other tips for Ivf preparation
