iud removal question

i’ve been on the 3 year skyla for 2 years now. when i get it removed, are they allowed to put a new one in right after at the same appointment? and if they can and i wait the 7 days to not have sex, what’s the likelihood of getting pregnant? also, with skyla, is it normal to barely get period or spot brown blood every month around the time of my period? i get cramps a week before and tender breasts but as soo as i start bleeding it goes away. thoughts??
