Birth control or pregnancy !?

Am I pregnant or could it be the birth control? :

So after I had my baby right after delivery the doctor gave me the deli shot and I bled for about 4 months. The health department wouldn’t give me birth control pills Bc they said that my blood pressure was still to high from pregnancy. So I finally went to a actual doctor and they prescribed me the pills. But one supply for every month so if I miss or double up on a pill I would have to wait til the pharmacy get them in for the next month so every time I run out I have to wait and I miss like 2-3 days of a pill. Me and my baby daddy had sex a while back and I told him I’ve been missing pills and he nutted in me anyway. Our baby is almost 8 months. I can not have another baby. But I’ve been very nauseous. It feels like I’m hungry and full but nauseated!

When I went on my cruise I felt the same way bc I had started back taking my bc pills and it stopped days later after I got a cycle going. But now it’s back again and I’m worried. But I’ve always been to the hospital twice and no one has told me that I’m pregnant. I’ve also gained a few pounds so Idk if its birth control or not. Since I’ve missed pills also I’ve been cramping in my lower belly it feels like a period is coming but I’m not sure ?

So do you guys think I’m pregnant again or it’s birth control ?
