Help, please

So yesterday we noticed my daughters finger was a little swollen. We didn’t think anything of it, so we put cream on it and went about our day.

She woke up this morning and it spread all down her finger, up her whole hand and onto the next finger. It’s really swollen and hot to touch it.

She only jerks away when trying to touch it, she doesn’t cry or anything, and she still uses it while playing.
