Should I be concerned?

17 weeks and 5 days and whenever I sneeze or cough I get a decent gush of fluid come out of my vagina. To the point where I have to change my shorts everytime. Should I be concerned or is it pee coming out?

It’s normal!! I talked to my midwife about it and she suggested wearing a pantyliner to save underwear!!

I was about 16/17 weeks when I first experienced this. I was terrified it was amniotic fluid but I investigated and realised it was urine. The joys of pregnancy 😂

Smell it.....haha no joke. I sneezed sitting down yesterday and wet myself for the first time. It was so funny lol. Luckily I was at home and already getting into the shower.

I’ve had this since being pregnant. I just have an increase in discharge. I did call the doctor cause I was concerned about it being fluid but I got checked and they said it’s just pregnancy discharge and some of us are lucky to have more of it than others. Call and check with your doctor if you’re worried but it sounds like what I had and still have at times.

Best way to strengthen your pelvic is to stop a wee a few times mid stream and hold it for a few seconds 
Make a habit of that

Mostly likely a little pee... I have this happen too. Kegels kegels kegels. But it’s very normal in pregnancy and your hormones.
