My 5 year old went missing!!

To keep this short,

My 5 year old went missing from school today! The principle said she told them she was going to daycare and some lady told her no, you're going home with me AND THEY LET HER GO!!

It's the beginning of the school year and we are required safety pin the child info amd who's picking up and parents info on the child's backpack ir shirt! No one thought to look at her bag! The safety protocol they put in place, they failed to use! Not only did the teacher fuck up, the school fucked up, and the school she ended up at fucked up! The driver knew my daughter didn't belong and took her anyway (per the words of the principal AND the owner of the other after school care) they ignored her telling them "I'm supposed to go to daycare"!! The bus driver counted 18 kids when she was supposed to only have 17 and didn't resport that she had more than she should have!! She took my daughter and when they made it to the other daycare she still failed to report that my daughter didn't belong there!!!

The police were involved but she's safe with me now!! I'm definitely going to withdraw her from that school but the police did not give me a card to call or a case #. I'm going to file a complaint because this happened to another child at the same fucking school last year and the only thing the parents did was unenroll the child! The daycare my daughter goes to says to sue but I have no clue what type of attorney handles cases like this.

So

1) How do I get a copy of that police report

2) What type of attorney do I contact because I'm going first thing in the morning while it's fresh on my mind!!
