Vvfl frer but negative bloodwork

This is our 2nd month ttc after ectopic in May where I lost my left tube. We did femara with ovidrel, I’m due to test today so I took a test in the morning and i got a vvfl. I called clinic and they sent me to get bloodwork done, well they called and they said it came back negative. When they told me that i kinda thought that maybe it was an indent or evap. I stopped by after work to buy more tests to kinda see the negative and move on but once again I got a vvfl a bit more visible than the mornings. I’ve been having sore boobs for the past days which I’ve only had the past 2 times I was actually pregnant (lost both pregnancies) and no sign of af. Has anyone had negative bloodwork and then ended of pregnant?
