Odds help n some positivity?!

BD a lot. Got a very positive opk the 18th, Sunday night, right before the app said I ovulated. So that was correct. This is cycle 4 for us TTC after a miscarriage and D&C back in April. Anything thoughts or anything I could do different next month? P.S. also our first month using preseed, we’re hopeful because I don’t make a lot of CM on my own when I’m fertile it seems like. 😩🌈
