Apple cidar vinegar bath for bv
So I took my first apple cidar vinegar bath.. put 2 cups in warm water I read up on it cause I’m trying to get rid of recurrent bv situation.. some say it’s okay and others say it can make it worse? I can’t do antibiotics I’m immune to them & ive taken them way too many times.
