Best Shampoos for thickening and oily hair.

Hello, ladies and gentlemen if any lol

I have always had thick hair since I was young.i have been using herbal essences the last couple months and I feel like my hair is going thin everytime in the shower I lose alot and even when I brush it out. I want a new good shampoo to thicken my hair up and not be so oily. I skip a day of not washing if I skip more it is so dull and oily. If you have any suggestions please let me know. In the past I have always used dove shampoo for years. I want something good and natural but not to expensive.
