Do you agree with your friend(s) parenting skills?

I need to know I’m not alone. I’m not sure what to do because I know you can’t tell someone how to raise their kids but at the same time I don’t want my kids to learn bad habits. I feel like I should help my friend and give advice since her parents weren’t good, so she doesn’t know really any better. But bringing up someone’s kid is a touchy subject and not something you talk about. I feel like a fake friend if I ignore it and not explain my concerns. Idk I need help. Please don’t bash me and understand I’m coming from a good place. I know everyone does things differently, but sometimes you have to draw a line right?
