Lumpy fourchette?

So, I saw that I have these strange lumps on my posterior fourchette. That’s the flap of skin at the end of the labia above the perineum, the picture is a diagram that points it out. The lumps are like purple and squishy and there’s two, right next to each other and they look symmetrical like two halves. They aren’t painful but I can see them and I don’t like it. What would this be? I have never been sexually active.
